How can I finance a carp fishing business in France?
I am interested in setting up a carp fishing business in France. I have found a property with a lake that is already set up and running, but not to its full potential, this could be between 30,000 euros and 40,000 euros. We have two properties in the UK, one is currently on the market and should clear 60,000 euros and also have 30,000 euros saved. Our other property would give us 107,000 euros if sold, or 476 euros profit a month if rented out.
Price of the French property is 320,000 euros. Obviously if we sold both properties we would hold back maybe 50,000 euros to help finance the first few years and some advertising and promotional work. What I would like to know is would a mortgage / borrowing be a problem, could you give us any advice on this subject?
