How can I claim the auto-entrepreneur training allowance?

Please could you help me find out if there is a training allowance for auto-entrepreneurs. I am about to receive my first clients next month at my chambers d’hôte and would like to offer dinner in the evening served with a glass of wine. However, I have since been told by a friend that I would need to go on a three day alcohol course costing about 700 euros to do this and that I could then claim this money back in full on the grounds of a training expense, is this true and how would I go about doing it?
