Horse transport under auto-entrepreneur

I have heard of someone who has supposedly set up doing horse transport with a car and trailer under the auto-entrepreneur scheme. Is this possible do you know and if so what would it come under? I understand that I would need a CAPTAV certificate to transport horses that were not mine and I also need to know if I could take the UK equivalent (as the certificate is an EU requirement) and have it transferable to France?
