Horse livery business in France as an auto-entrepreneur?

We are looking at setting up a small business offering retirement horse livery. Costs will be very low as we have the stables and the land. Any vet, shoeing bills etc. will be paid by the horse owner. Probably only aiming to have two liveries - so about 600 euros per month turnover.
On this basis:
- With such a low initial income would it be worth setting up an auto-entrepreneur structure?
- Are there any formal qualifications required to offer horse livery?
- What level of tax and social charges would such a business attract?
