Hitting the auto-entrepreneur turnover limit?

A nice problem to have, but with business booming I forecast we will hit the auto-entrepreneur turnover limit for sales by June or earlier. We’re up 300% on last year thanks to the leboncoin site. What are our options? Can we carry on under auto-entrepreneur until the end of the year regardless and then go for an SARL, or do we need to do it when we hit the limit. Obviously this especially concerns TVA, as I estimate our turnover for the year may go over 200k.
