Hi, You answered my question regarding this subject a few days ago.
I have some additional questions regarding this subject:
I am considering hiring a remote freelancer who is a friend of mine and knows my product very well.
She lives outside of Europe, had been living in France so still has a French bank account but is not a citizen of the EU but a citizen of Russia.
For social media projects I am thinking about an ongoing flat rate monthly or hourly.
I am also working on another idea of the business whereby she would be prospecting clients for me and in turn, I would pay her a commission on every sale.
Is this a possibility? Other than agreed hours and description of the project what else do I need to be aware of?
