I hope you are well, I am still in the planning phase of my kid-friendly café project in Paris and I have some questions about hiring staff eventually.
Is it more advantageous for an employer to hire someone on a CDI/ CDD or extra/seasonal (because my business will be a restaurant) status? What are the pros and cons of each because I know hiring someone on CDI in France is very expensive due to all the social charges.
I envisioned working alone in the beginning but my friend who has worked with restaurants for a long time said I may want to consider hiring a stagiaire or part-time help instead of someone on CDI. Thank you!
