Help with form P0 for registering of my smallholding business?

I am just completing form P0 for the CFE, and have gotten myself a bit stuck on Section 9. I have chosen Regime Forfait, but then there is a question about TVA, and there are two options:

Remboursement Forfaitaire Agricole
Imposition obligatoire a la TVA (regime simplifié agricole)

Then two more options under the heading Option Voluntaire particulière:

à la TVA
au dépot d’une déclaration annuelle de régularisation portant sur l’exercice comptable

Could someone explain the difference?
