Help with cotisation foncière des entreprises section C?

I am completing the Cotisation Foncière des Entreprises (CFE) 2016 form (1447-C-K) as I started an auto-entrepreneur business in France in February 2015. I have been referring to your blog How to fill in your CFE form which has been very useful. I would just like to clarify a couple of points please.

In Section C

No. 6 Date de debut: Is this the date we bought the house or the date I set up the gite business?
No. 7 Superficie totale: A wing of our farmhouse is used as the gite (connected to the house). Do we include all rooms of the entire farmhouse including bathrooms/kitchens? We also have an internal barn/garage which is not habitable, do we include this?
No. 8/9/10: Where do we put the m2 for the gite?
No. 11 Habitation: is this just the m2 of our living quarters (excluding the gite)? If so, do we include bathrooms/barn etc?
No. 15 Autres a preciser: Do we put the m2 for the gite here? Is it a repeat of No. 8/9/10?
No. 25 Local d’habitation personnelle loue a titre de gite rural: As mentioned above, our gite is only part of the house. Do we still tick this box?
