Healthcare top up providers and pensions?

My husband has received confirmation of his Siret number and on his form he chose RAM Professions Liberals Provinces as his organisme d’assurance maladie. We have received a number of letters, which I believe are from Companies trying to sell top up medical insurance,  from Malakoff Mederic, Agirc et Arrco and Reunica which we have not responded to.

We have now had a telephone message left on our answer machine yesterday which appears to be from an internet search, the Association de Gestion du Group Mederic (AGGM) asking for my husband by name and asking for him to call to them to (I think) discuss his social cover. We have not been able to return the call so far as the line is constantly engaged, this might just be a sales call apart from the usual letter but are a little concerned that if we dont get in touch with them it might cause a problem. I do struggle a little with spoken French on the phone and don’t want to give our information to them if they are cold calling. Have you heard of this company as I can not find any more information on the internet? Any advice would be much appreciated. Many thanks
