Health care cover for spouse of micro-entrepreneur business?

I am planning to move to France and set up as a micro-entrepreneur trading business. My wife will move with me but she will have no involvement in my business. She has no plans to work in France herself, she has no pension or other income. I wish my wife to benefit from my health cover.
