Having people work for an auto-entrepreneur?

I am a newly registered auto-entrepreneur and although I am not in any position to employ people I have heard that it is ok to pay someone commission as long as they are working and registered as an auto-entrepreneur. For example, if someone who was registered as an auto-entrepreneur themselves undertook sales work for me for which I paid them commission only, would this be ok? Am I right to to think that I would not have to pay any social charges for them or have the same employer regulations to deal with as the person would be an auto-entrepreneur?
