Haven’t Received URSSAF Letter

I setup my Micro-Entreprise on March 12th and chose to make declarations quarterly. It’s been two months and I haven’t received the letter from URSSAF yet with my temporary social security number allowing me to make an account on their website. Is this normal or should I try to reach out? But I think I have a declaration coming up and wondering if I should try to make a declaration by paper form?
