Have not heard from CPAM

I have not yet heard from CPAM regarding my carte vitale and the business was registered in October. I’m wondering if I am missing a part of the process or if something got lost in the mail. The woman who runs my P.O. box is a bit disorganized and sometimes gives me the wrong business mail (which is why I am planning to change my P.O. Box location). I just want to check if I should contact anyone regarding the carte vitale!
