Have auto-entrepreneur cotisations changed for 2015?

This afternoon I went to net-entreprises to make my declaration for the first quarter of 2015. I was surprised to find that the rates for the auto-entrepreneur business cotisations in France have not dropped, as I expected them to. All over the internet, and indeed on your site too, they are saying the rates would change from 1 January 2015. I was anticipating 22.9% for social cotisations, and 0.3% for formation professionnelle, but the rates are still the same as last year. So, what do you think is up?
