Going over the auto-entrepreneur pro-rata limit of 33,200 in 2017

I am in the second year of business as auto -entrepreneur in France (consulting services, profession liberal) and was within the pro-rara limits in 2016 and was supposed to be within the limit 33,200 Euros by the end of 2017. I had to complete an additional project in August 2017 that will bring me over the pro-rata limit ( approx 41,000 Euros).

If I receive the payment by the end of the year 2017, will I be loosing my auto -entrepreneur status given the new expected changes in 2018 - specifically, promised increase of the pro-rara limit (double)?
