Funding for auto entrepreneur training?

Last year I received a budget to use against training on the auto entrepreneur scheme. I used a company that sorted out all of the paperwork and I had to pay for the course up front and then sign some paperwork upon completion of the course and send it off to be refunded by cheque. The company that I used was very expensive and I wondered if I can use my training budget with somebody else? This would mean that I would have to sort the paperwork myself and I do not know who I need to talk to about this to make sure that I do not spend money on training that I can’t claim back.
