French taxes on UK rental income

My wife an I own a flat in the Uk which gives us a rental income every month from a tenant. We currently live in the UK but are planning to move to live permanently in France in 2020. We are not of retirement age.

I have two questions:

  1. What will be the French tax rate on our UK rental income?
  2. Are we allowed any allowances such as insurance, maintenance, repairs, management fees etc against the income, therefore reducing the tax payable in France?
