Follow up questions from Appropriate Business Structure for Freelancer(s) in France

I am an IT analyst in financial services. Moving from NL to France. In NL I have a BV and have been contracting for 10 years.  I am moving to France in August.  I have been asked to do a project with an NL company. I am allowed to work from home with occasional travel to NL.

With a rate of about €12000 per month. I think I need to set up a SASU (based on the post from PN.
I am both American and dutch. I am married. We are moving to France because my husband’s job has been moved to France and he has expat tax status. he is not American.  We have two children.

  1. We are thinking of setting up the company where he is the owner and I am the employee. So that all dividend goes only to him. Is that possible if I am the only employee and he has employment from another company?
  2. If I choose to pay myself the very minimum to decrease the social charges ; what is the minimum salary I can pay be paid, given my expected monthly invoice?
  3. I plan to find other contract work, but it may not be until the following year, as I would only start in September. Is there an issue with only one customer in 2019? And what is the split between customers required? Given the nature of my work, it would be difficult to do 3 customers in a year. Do they look at this very strictly?
