Forum to let other members know about services?

I recently went out on my own and registered as auto-entrepreneur graphic designer. I am currently working on a project for Unicef. It occurs to me that some of the other members here are at the point where they are developing a visual identity for their business (business cards, logos, brochures) and my services would be of use. I think it would be good to have a forum where members can post and offer there skills to other members.
