Fonds de solidarité for auto-entrepreneur registered less than a year ago

Is it possible to apply for Fonds de solidarité to cover my loss in income due to Covid19 if I haven’t got a year’s worth of history yet?
Both my husband and I have only been registered since August 2019.

At first, we assumed we wouldn’t be eligible because we have no history of income for March last year but then we saw this bullet point on your blog post:
- .... For companies that did not exist on 1st March 2019, the turnover to be taken into account will be the average monthly turnover, which must be less than 83,333€ between the creation of the company and 1st March 2020.

Does this mean that we will be eligible despite only being an auto-entrepreneur for 7-8 months?
