first year as micro-entrepreneur & DGFiP 1500€ support

I received an email this morning explaining that micro-entrepreneurs who have undergone an administrative closure or experienced a loss of turnover of more than 70% in the month of March 2020 compared to March 2019.
This aid of 1500 € will be made on simple declaration on the site of the DGFiP, from March 31

My question is, as I started as a micro-entrepreneur on1st January 2020 (less than 3 months ago) will I be able to apply for the support?
