First URSSAF tax return for life coach

I’m preparing my first quarterly return as a life coach. My APE is 9609Z (Autres services personnels, n.c.a.)

I’ve received the first declaration form in the post and I was wondering about the following:

For coaching services, should I enter the amount in “prestation de services commerciales ou artisanales“ (538) or in “autres prestations de service” (791)?
I have received a paper declaration form, but it says I need to complete the declaration online. Do I have to send a paper copy for the first declaration or can I simply complete this online?
