First time declaring for tax?

I have been an auto-entrepreneur officially since April 10th. I had registered to the online declaration site in late July or early August and it said I had nothing to declare back then. Now it says I should declare for my 3eme Trimestre until November. Which months do I include in this? April 10th - September 30 or July 1st - September 30th? Was I supposed to declare the 2eme trimestre somehow? I mostly get payed online and my clients are 90% out of France. I usually get payed in $ (USD). So how do I make the conversion, according to which conversion rates? Is there a way for me to declare dollars and they would convert themselves?
