First month, no sales and Net Enterprise account

My auto-entrepreneur status started 1st Jan and I requested to pay monthly. I have not done anything re: net enterprise. Am I supposed to? Can I do it now? I’ve not been paid or made sales for this first month, so I have nothing to pay. I am concerned I’m supposed to register/declare my €0 somewhere, is this right? I have only received my confirmation letter from INSEE and nothing else, is this normal? Can I be fined?
