First declaration via net entreprises?

I have just made my first declaration via net entreprises. I decided this would be a quicker and easier option than sending off the form from RSI. I filled out all the forms and set up direct debit account etc. Then filled in amounts and it calculated my payment. SInce then I have received a confirmation from them about my inscription, but as yet no money has been taken from my account. I filled the form in on 31/1/2011 at 13.30. Does this mean I was to late and should just fill out the paper form and send this off instead for this occasion.
