First declaration via Net Enterprise or URSSAF?
My husband is a new auto-entrepreneur as a formateur d’anglais. We have received his official notification d’affiliation from URSSAF, but so far, no declaration of receipts form. I haven’t received my declaration form either, and since I registered in 2011, I’ve noticed that the forms sometimes arrive well in advance of the deadline but sometimes they don’t. I phoned URSSAF this morning (11 April) and they said that the forms would be sent shortly. We are getting close to the deadline of 30 April and I am wondering if they will arrive in time. Is there a grace period for declaring receipts?
I have registered with Net Enterprise to declare online but I have had a lot of problems with that system, so I prefer to fill in a form and send a cheque. But is it necessary that Robert register online with Net Enterprise—what do you recommend?
