First declaration trimestrielle dates?

I’d like help with completing my first declaration trimestrielle, please. I’m not sure what dates it should cover, or where to put my income. I work as a freelance editor, which is paid gross from the UK in sterling. I also have some income from photocopies and library borrowing of books I have written, some of which is taxed at source in the UK, some of which is not. And I have payments in advance for holiday bookings in my gite here in France.
