First Declaration for ME due - need quick clarification!

My first declaration of my income is due this month, for the 1st trim of 2019 and the last of 2018 (I registered Oct 2018).

My actual income includes some decimal’s, but the form online doesn’t allow it. Do I round up or round down my declaration to the euro?

Secondly: I am a freelance website designer. All my services are done online…

I have 3 fields:

Chiffre d’affaires des ventes de marchandises
Chiffre d’affaires des prestations de services commerciales ou artisanales
Chiffre d’affaires des autres prestations de services

I assume I just add my income to the 3rd field, other services, as I do not sell any merchandise (It’s all digital design/development work).
