First declaration and ACCRE

My auto-entrepreneur was registered 1/7/9 and I actually started 1/8/9. I should have done a declaration end October - but I got an email saying that I couldn’t do an online declaration as I have ACCRE and I should do a paper declaration on the paper I’d been sent in the post - which I haven’t received. Despite an email to the net-entreprise people, who replied by email that I should telephone and an email to URSSAF - nobody has told me where to get this paper from. Can I download it online somewhere?
