My partner set up as an Auto-Entrepreneur on the 19/10/09. I am not very clear as to how the financial year works with the auto-entrepreneur system. Does this mean that his first exercise ends on the 31/12/09 and the counters are reset on the 1st of January for the turnover totals, or would the financial year for him be until the 18/10/10? Also, the Declaration trimestrielle which is made on the 31st of January is for Oct, Nov and Dec - right?
