Finally registered with RSI

I applied as an auto-entrepreneur in January 2009 and although I received my Siret number within a week it took almost a year for RSI to register me, during the year I made two declarations by snail mail on the form downloaded from the RSI site. Finally I received two weeks ago 4 declaration of turnover forms for each quarter with deductions for the two payments that I had already made, luckily I am already retired and just working to supplement my pension so already have a social security number and have health cover through an E121.
