Filling in declaration annuelle des salaries?

Today I received a letter from UGRR - ISICA/AG2R saying I need to log into their website (ag2rlamondiale) and complete the declaration form by 31 January 2012. I just want to double check that this is the main 2011 tax return form which everyone in France needs to complete even if you’re an auto-entrepreneur who pays their tax, like me, as you go along each trimestre.
If it is, do you have a video or instructions anywhere on your site that explains how to complete tax declaration form if you are an auto-entrepreneur with no staff? I understand I make a nil return but not sure how easy this will be without your help.
