Could you kindly explain what the following sentences mean, and what CIPAV is (I copied this from the declaration online form)? I don’t quite understand where I’m supposed to put my earnings for this quarter and which are relevant to me (I teach).

Sentence 1 : Recettes pour profession libérale relevant de la CIPAV €
Sentence 2 : Chiffre d’affaires des activités annexes de ventes de marchandises €
Sentence 3 : Chiffre d’affaires des activités annexes de prestations de services commerciales €

And can you please explain where the 22.00% is going?

And where the 0.20% is going?
