Exemption from CFE for chambre d’hotes owners?

After reading through the Links on Impot and taxes etc. in France, I am still confused. At the bottom of the formulaires, there is a note A Savoir... Is this saying that if you rent a room from your house, that you would be exempt from cotisation foncière des entreprises (CFE)?
