EU Customers Invoicing above 10k w/o EU TVA Number

The setup with one of my customers was a bit unclear as to whether I will invoice them abroad or in France. That means I am sitting now on potentially revenue that hit the 10k Euros threshold this month, but I haven’t even finalised my impots account, still waiting for the activation lettter.
How do I invoice now without the EU TVA number from my side?
