Error changing auto-entrepreneur business address

I have another question on this because I accidentally made a declaration to modify my personal address instead of my business address. I couldn’t see the option for business address so chose personal address. I have completed the form which I now need to sign and send to URSSAF.
I have just spotted the option Modification du lieu d’exercice and although I have no specific address in which my activities take place, I guess this is the most suitable for changing my domiciliation address to my home address - am I right?
Should I send both forms once the correct one is complete with a short note explaining or can I just discard of the first one as the changed address is exactly the same as the previous.
