Entreprises individuelle aux frais reels for consultant?

For setting up a consultancy business in France with potential earnings of 100,000 euros, I was thinking enterprise individuelle aux frais reels. I am alone, so no associates.

Does this fall under the auto-entrepreneur?
Do I need an accountant to set this up for me, If not, where would I go to set this up and is there a cost?
Am I right in understanding that under frais reels, I would pay 46% of social charges from my net earnings, i.e. after expenses are taken out?
What other structure could be appropriate?
