Entreprise individuelle micro or reel simplifie?

My business activity in France is under the entreprise individuelle and set up under reel simplifie, I am aware this can be changed to micro. I am not set up for TVA. Gross turnover is less than 30,000 euros per year. Costs have been high, maybe more than 50% this year. What are the pros and cons regarding cotisation and impots for me?
