Entering Boursorama bank details on Impots.gouv

Hello,

I just managed to open a bank account on Boursorama. I chose the most basic option for a personal account, not knowing what would be best.

I just tried entering my details for a mandat SEPA and got an error message for the Boursorama BIC.

I’m super confused. I can’t figure out where I’ve gone wrong. Do I need to open a professional account with them? I know there are so many stages at which I might have made a mistake… all the information I entered indicated I was creating a personal account. Maybe that was the mistake?

Do you have any ideas of what I might have done incorrectly?
