English teacher utilising DIF or CPF training funds

As I am working as an Auto-entrepreneur, teaching English to private students, I would like to know whether I can enter into contracts with companies who can call on funds available for Formation for their staff and referred to as Droit Individuel a la Formation (DIF) or Compte Personnel de Formation (CPF) funds?
Please advise what I need to do to achieve that.
