English speaking help line?

I am living back in the UK and my partner is still in France receiving much needed medical care. My French is good but not good enough to sort out our tax situation with RSI. We paid for help once before with mixed results and I have made several failed attempts by phone. Is there an English speaking line at RSI (our branch is Niort) or perhaps some independent help we can access?
