English classes - requirements

I hope you are keeping well. I am an English teacher and I work for three online teaching platforms as an auto-entrepreneur.
Somebody I have met in France has asked if they can have online classes with me (off the platforms - just one to one).

Am I allowed to do this under my auto-entrepreneur status, in addition to the online teaching platforms?
If so, I’m guessing I’ll need a contract - is there any particular type of contract that I will need?
And if I implement a pay structure of the student paying for a package of classes in advance, is there any particular way I need to do this or is it ok to do it by Paypal or a bank transfer?
