End of beneficiary rights for my partner?

I have been an auto-entrepreneur since May 09. Today I received a letter from RSI stating that my partner will lose her maladie assurance cover from 31 December onwards. The letter says she should contact the CPAM for further cover. When I started the auto-entrepreneur regime I believed my family would automatically be covered under me, is this correct?
