End of allocations, what am I eligible for?

My allocations from Pôle Emploi have ended in December.
I am an Italian citizen and have been tax resident in France for 4 years. I don’t qualify for the A.S.S. since I haven’t worked 5 out of the past 10 years but two questions—

1) Am I eligible for RSA? I have no other income except for money my family sends me once a month as a loan.
2) Am I eligible for any government programs due to Covid?
