Drawing up a contract in French?

I have a bit of an emergency. I’ve been working as an Auto-Entrepreneur English teacher in France for a while. Up until recently, I was working as an auto-entrepreneur through various schools but I’ve recently decided to build up my own clients with the intention of eventually opening a school with a friend of mine (also an English teacher).

Our marketing efforts are beginning to pay off and we have a number of companies who would like us to teach English to their employees. We are ready to go, prices have been agreed and dates have been set, starting next week. However, all of these companies, naturally, have requested contracts in French and for each student taught stating the hours, duration, cost etc. We are on new territory here, we’ve been looking for templates online all day but can’t find anything as specific as we might need.

Could anybody help or offer some advice here? We need to draw up the first contract by the end of tomorrow at the latest. We haven’t left this until the last minute, the company only got in touch yesterday. Also, does anybody know anything about whether companies can use their DIF with an Auto-Entrpreneur invoice? I seem to have been given conflicting information - one of my students claims to have already done this but another wants further confirmation before signing anything.
