Domiciliation and premium rate numbers

I have a few questions about domiciliation and premium rate numbers:
Which services are normally available with a standard auto-entrepreneur address rental package? Is it usually just use of the address and mail forwarding? I just want to use the address to register my business, to use on the website and on official documents, contracts etc.
I saw this as one of the services included in a standard domilicitation package and wondered why it was being offered for just 3 months. Do you think it’s purpose is to entice customers to pay for a longer subscription for the phone service? Would I have to use it since it’s already included?

I saw another business with a premium rate telephone line available for customers to use for a short time each day and was thinking of doing the same. How would you go about setting that up? Any ideas about costs?
