Does the auto-entrepreneur APE code matter?

I registered online as an auto-entrepreneur and couldn’t fine an APE code to match my consulting work. The current codes in use do not match the ones in the list that was previously used. They assigned Conseil pour les affaires et autres conseiles de gestion when they sent me the SIREN - SIRET. What is included in this code? There wasn’t very much room to include the services I will provide and the form didn’t allow for an option to have more than one service. Can I do things in addition to what I listed on the application? Also, what should I expect to happen next?
