Does an auto-entrepreneur have to pay info-siret?

I am now a fully fledged auto-entrepreneur. I have had a couple of letters that baffle me.
- From info-siret - they are demanding a payment of 198 euros for doing publicity for me, within 7 days. I am hoping this is something I do not have to pay and they are just trying to take advantage?
- I have had two letters now from different organisations re adhering to a retirement scheme. Is this obligatory for an auto-entrepreneur? I am concerned that I may have to pay charges as I do not foresee earning enough, for a while, to even consider paying into a pension scheme. Could you tell me a bit more about this works?
