Does a UK distribution to shareholders need to be declared on next year’s French tax return?

I recently moved to France and am waiting on my carte de séjour (family member of an EU national) before I can set up as a micro-entrepreneur. My UK accountant has been closing down my UK Ltd company since I stopped trading on 31 March. That is almost done and the final stage is to move the remaining money in the UK business bank account to a personal account. This is not considered income in the UK, it is called ‘final distribution to shareholders’. As I am now in France when this will happen, do I need to declare this money in my 2026 French tax return? If yes, what is it declared as in France, and what will be tax rate be on it? I am keen to make sure I keep enough back for any tax due but have no idea if it will be considered income or something else. Thanks.
